The game app “Disney Twisted-Wonderland” has same Japanese character voices, here are some profiles of the Seiyuu (voice actor) and recommended anime or game titles and little extra that is not on English wiki.
It seems that English official site doesn’t have teachers page so I will put character’s profile as well.

Dire Crowley is the principal of Night Raven College. He gave the player a place to stay in twisted-wonderland.

He grew up in Kansai which has accent but he managed to learn through other voice actors.

Night Ravens
Night Ravens are dance-singer unit with 11 members gathered for Disney Twisted-Wonderland from dance-singing group “Team ZENRYOKU” and “Gingadan”.
There is a photobook of Night Ravens but the theme song “Piece Of My Heart” has not come out in CDs or in full version yet.
The group “Team ZENRYOKU” has dissolved and one member left Night Ravens in 2021.
